Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed fresh mango
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Honey, only if needed
  • Parchment paper and cooking twine

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 170°F and line an 11-by-17-inch rimmed sheet with parchment.
  2. Blend mango and lemon juice until completely smooth. If necessary, sweeten with honey a tablespoon at a time.
  3. Spread into a thin, even layer. Dry in the oven for 4–6 hours, until no longer wet and only slightly tacky.
  4. Cool, then cut one-inch strips through the fruit sheet and parchment. Roll and tie with twine; peel off the paper before eating.
