Tony has more than 10 years of experience working at RCF Distributors. He contributes in multiple projects, while making sure all operations are flowing smoothly and on time.

Carlos has been in the distribution and produce business for more than 25 years. He is capable of handling multiple assignments, making sales and making sure the client understands and is happy with their product.  His specialty are mangoes!

Andres is a reliable, and hard-working member of the team. His work ethic and attention to detail ensure the company’s effectiveness.

With more than 15 years of experience, Isis brings exceptional customer service and makes sure we are on point. Tracking spending and creating detailed reports, providing clerical support & more, she makes everything go smoother and loves to make everyone laugh.

José, Roberto’s youngest son, is devoted in assisting you, the customer. He understands the importance of your business and always puts his clients first. He’s in charge of the McAllen office and of Empaque Don Jorge in Rosario, Sinaloa, Mexico.

Janie has been in the RCF Distributors family for more than 10 years. She makes sure that everything is operating smoothly, and she is available to answer any questions you may have.

Alan is our youngest sales specialist in the Texas area, he learned a lot from his dad Alan Álvarez. He knows the business really well and he is dedicated to assisting you with anything you need, or any questions you may have.

Joel, supervises the packaging and distribution process. He is responsible for organizing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehoused goods in the Texas area in a safe and efficient manner.

Tom is one of the best salespeople in the nation for Mangos. He may answer most questions you may have and help you decide the best outcome for you and your business.  We are pleased to have him.

Nissa has been working in the organic produce industry for over 20 years, specializing in sales, marketing and supply chain development for small global growers.  She manages sales and marketing for RCF’s Crespo Organic brand and has a parallel career in the food world.  She is a noted cooking instructor, food writer and recipe developer.
