Ingredients
3-4 Ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 3-4 limes
2/3 cup honey
1 cup hot water
gallon of water
Ice
Method
In a blender puree the Mangoes, lime zest, lime juice, honey and hot water until a super smooth puree is formed. In a large jug or container combine the puree and the gallon of water and fill with ice. Use sparkling water for a sparkling version.
