Privacy policy

RCF Distributors and Crespo Organic are sections of one website. Your cookie preference is shared between both sections.

This notice explains information handled through the RCF Distributors LLC website and its wholesale inquiry tools.

Information you choose to share

The quote tool asks for your name, email, phone number, and requested produce. The information stays in the page while you prepare your request. It is not automatically sent to RCF or saved in a website database.

If you choose to send the prepared email, your email provider transmits it to RCF. RCF uses the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and coordinate the products or services you request. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information in this form or email.

Technical information

The website host may process standard connection information, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. Email services also process messages you choose to send. Their handling is subject to the relevant service provider’s privacy terms.

Cookies and local storage

We save your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. This preference does not contain your contact or order details. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, or remove it through your browser settings.

Optional analytics is currently disabled. The website is prepared to support Google Analytics only when it is configured and you choose “Allow analytics.” Declining leaves those tags blocked. If enabled later, analytics may measure pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and general interactions. The quote tool does not send your name, email, phone, or requested produce as analytics events. Advertising personalization is disabled in this configuration.

Photos, maps, and other websites

Our photos and fonts are hosted with this website. Instagram posts and map directions open only when you follow their links; those services then apply their own privacy practices. This website does not embed social feeds or maps that load tracking automatically.

Your choices

You may browse without submitting an inquiry. Contact us to ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. We will review requests in light of applicable requirements and information we need to retain for business records.

Updates and contact

We may revise this notice when the website or its services change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
